These are the things I'm seeing during my first few hours of using Mac OS X 10.0 Retail:
It is 4k78
As reported elsewhere (everywhere?!) the About this Mac box reports that this is build 4k78. (I've seen suggestions that there were several builds labelled 4k78, which I only half believe, since it's very poor build engineering to not uptick the build number on subsequent builds.) In any case, so it goes.

Can't Mount Some Filesystems (both CD and disk images
When I insert the Mac OS X Developer Tools CD or I use the OS X Disk Copy application to mount (for example) OmniWeb-4.0-beta-93.img, I see the following error message:

I suspect this may have to do with installing 10.0 over the Public Beta. (The 10.0 installer doesn't actually remove old apps which won't work, such as Keychain Access.)
Get info changes filename
The target file's name is appended once for each time that I do a Finder / Get Info on it.

Finder's Copy-to-Clipboard is incorrect
Interestingly, when I select two files and do a Finder / Copy (to copy their names to the clipboard) I get the following:
disk-mount-error.jpg
get-info-error.jpg
disk-mount-error.jpg
Select-Drag takes along extra items
I selected List Bookmarks, but when I drag I see that Whois comes along. When I actually drop it somewhere, to test whether it's just a user interface ghost, both files are moved.
