Digital Jungle: Home

Welcome to Digital Jungle, a full-service computer consulting shop based in San Francisco, California.

Digital Jungle Logo Digital Jungle has been around in one form or another since 1977, when it was a group of high school students learning BASIC via a Korea-war surplus Teletype model 33. By the early eighties were a college-wide barter service, trading in computing resources. (Back then it was hard to get a few extra bytes on disk, almost impossible to get the priviledges to use additional RAM.) In the mid-eighties we became a for-profit venture, moving from Boston to the west coast.

The best is cheapest.

This is our operational charter: give our clients the very best value for their money, bringing our professional experience to bear on the problem at hand. That includes thinking ahead, sharing worries (even if it causes the project to be postponed and rethought), rather than just taking a job and milking it for all it's worth.

It's the kind of professionalism we'd want from anyone we hired, be they an electrician or gardner or geek. It's how we'll work with you.

Have you found errors nontrivial or marginal, factual, analytical and illogical, arithmetical, temporal, or even typographical? Please let me know; drop me email. Thanks!
