Burning Man 1996: Newton's Balls
Speaking of couples into bondage & disciple - B&D - here was another one we encountered near Merchant Camp.
![]() What caught my eye originally was the pleasant vibe of the conversation, after which she walked over to a large-scale installation of the Newton Balls tabletop executive toy. This one is made with bowling balls.
![]() First she spent a good amount of time getting the bowling balls still, and then she posed there, presumably getting her inner voice just as quiet.
![]() Under the watchful gaze of her other half she examined her work from all angles.
![]() The it was time to perturb the device. The clanking ring of the bowling balls was unexpectedly loud, and gathered attention from all corners of the area.
![]() Then it was time to still art, body, and soul.
![]() Becoming one with the art was the last step of this artistic exploration.
![]() Enough about other couples, what about the two of us?
