Burning Man 1996
 This was the first year I made it to Burning Man. The days before the trip I was, well, burning bright with anticipation. The car was packed, but it had no sunroof (the glass plate having been blown off when it a loose bolt gave way on Highway 101 :-). I had a plastic bag and a roll of duct tape to replace it. That and a lot of water, some food, lots of dollar bills, and my Ranger gear. I was prepared for the Black Rock Desert!
